Inventory Control Clerk – Night Shift

Pay Rate: £26, 310.29 plus additional 8.5% night shift premiumGrade: RCS OContract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Sunday – Thursday Night Shift working 10pm – 6amLocation: Burton-on-Trent – DE14 2WT

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Responsible for daily stock control processes and procedures to ensure smooth control of stock through the supply chain
• Accurate and timely receipt of goods inwards & returns onto WMS systems
• Maintain accurate stock figures and ensure figures are reflected in WMS systems
• Analyse and investigate stock discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with audit processes within warehouse

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Previous stock control experience in a warehouse environment is essential
• Excellent IT skills – including use of Microsoft Office including Excel and Warehouse Management Systems ( SAP is used onsite)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Are comfortable working around alcohol products
• Previous experience using Fork Lift and/or Scissor lift is desirable. Successful candidate must be comfortable working at height as 80% of the role will be using the scissor lift
