An experienced Rural surveying professional is required for a key position within a West Midlands-based rural property consultancy. This role is suitable for an Associate, Senior Associate, or Director level professional, or someone ready to step into a broader leadership role. It involves managing a broad and varied rural workload, leading a young team, and contributing to the office’s strategic growth and future direction.

- Property-related dispute / litigation support
- Strategic land and development advice
- Utilities and compensation work
- General rural professional consultancy
Qualifications and Characteristics
- Well established within the wider West Midlands/Welsh Borders rural market, or able to relocate and embed themselves in the area
- Comfortable handling a mixed rural caseload
- Commercially minded and able to spot opportunities with clients
- A natural relationship builder who can work closely with existing leadership
- Someone with the energy and initiative to help drive the business forward over the coming years
