Customer Advisor
Newark, Full Time, 12 month FTC

Our Internationally operating Newark based Client is looking for a Customer Advisor to join their Service team on a full-time basis for a 12 month FTC.
Your main duties will be scheduling engineers to maximise productivity within the department.
The Role
Your responsibilities as a Customer Advisor will include:
- Own the communication with the customer at all stages in house and field jobs, providing timely updates and information
- Communicate effectively with all internal departments
- Get feedback on the company service
- Allocate a team member to a task as and when required
- Schedule maintenance appointments as needed
- Use SAP to make sure customers invoices are correct
The Candidate
The ideal Customer Advisor will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Excellent telephone manner
- Excellent customer service by phone and email
- The ability to listen and understand customer needs
- Strong organisational skills
- Be adaptable to change
- Good working knowledge of CRM/SAP Systems
