We’re looking for an Improvement Lead to drive continuous improvement across our manufacturing operations. If you’re passionate about efficiency, quality, and embedding a culture of excellence, this is your chance to make a real impact.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and embed continuous improvement initiatives using Quality and Lean tools
• Analyse data to identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance activities
• Act as a key player in new product introductions and Capex projects

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of Quality and GMP compliance
• Practical experience with continuous improvement methodologies
• Excellent communication and data analysis skills
• Experience of line improvements
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and pharma experience are a plus!
