Location – Manchester, Liverpool , Preston, Warrington, Stockport, Huddersfield, Bolton

Package – £40k – £45k OTE £55k – £60k, car allowance, company pension

We’re looking for a driven and commercially minded Account Manager to join a growing business delivering premium coffee and water solutions to workplaces across the Northwest. This is the perfect opportunity for someone in their 2nd or 3rd B2B sales role who’s ready to take more ownership, build their own territory, and accelerate their earning potential.

The Role

This is a hybrid account management and business development role, where you’ll:

  • Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients across sectors such as offices, logistics, and commercial sites
  • Identify and win new business opportunities within your territory
  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Conduct site visits, product demonstrations, and client meetings
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM
  • Deliver against monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • You’ll have the autonomy to run your own area, backed by a supportive team and a well-established brand.

    The Person

    • Has 1–3 years of B2B sales or business development experience in vending, coffee, water, capital equipment or a role which involves leasing products
    • Is looking to step up into a more autonomous, field-based role
    • Has a proven track record of hitting or exceeding targets
    • Is confident building relationships and closing deals
    • Is organised, proactive, and comfortable managing a pipeline
    • Holds a full UK driving licence
