Now we’re looking for a Studio Manager to build on this success and lead the next phase of growth!
Studio Manager – London
This is a hands on leadership role at the centre of our UK operation. You will be responsible for the day to day running of the Time+Tide Studio in London, overseeing retail operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, executing events and continuing to grow a highly engaged community.
What you will do:
You will lead all aspects of retail performance within the Studio, from sales and stock management to ensuring every customer interaction reflects a premium and considered experience. You will develop strong relationships with clients, collectors, and VIPs, building long term loyalty and trust. You will plan and deliver events in collaboration with the UK General Manager and global team, ensuring each one is executed to a high standard and contributes to the ongoing growth of the community.
You will help manage the Studio’s presence across social and owned channels, working with internal teams to create content that captures what is happening in the space and brings it to a wider audience.
You will lead, develop, and motivate a team of Watch Specialists, fostering a culture that is knowledgeable, collaborative, and aligned with Time+Tide’s standards and team culture.
What we are looking for:
You bring strong retail leadership experience, a commercial mindset, and a genuine passion for watches. You are confident managing operations, sales performance, and stock, while maintaining an uncompromising focus on customer experience.
You are organised, detail oriented, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast moving environment. You communicate with clarity and confidence and lead by example.
Most importantly, you care about delivering an exceptional experience for every customer who walks through the door.
