THE ROLE
As a Junior Sales Project Manager, you’ll be a frontline ambassador for our brand partners — delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the commercial performance of our campaigns.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Engage directly with customers on behalf of leading UK brands
- Deliver outstanding service while actively building brand awareness
- Nurture customer relationships that convert into lasting brand loyalty
- Support local outreach strategy and campaign execution
- Participate in daily performance reviews and team goal-setting
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Natural communicator with a warm, people-first approach
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or events is a bonus
- Motivated to build a long-term career — not just fill a role
- Positive, solution-focused mindset with a genuine work ethic
- Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the UK
THE PACKAGE
- £30k–£34k OTE | Fully uncapped commission structure
- Full training from day one — no prior sales experience needed
