Due to continued growth, a well-established M&E Building Services Contractor with a turnover exceeding £100 million is looking to appoint a Senior Electrical Estimator. With a very healthy project pipeline, you will be joining a business at the forefront of the MEP building services engineering industry. This role is ideal for a commercially aware Electrical Estimator, keen to play a key role in securing major projects from pre-construction through to tender submission.
Key requirements:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within M&E building services.
- A strong track record of pricing large-scale electrical projects.
- Exposure to sectors such as commercial office, residential, or infrastructure.
- A solid understanding of tender processes, cost planning, and value engineering.
- The ability to liaise effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of current market rates and supply chain.
