Senior Account Manager (B2B – LED Lighting)
Trafford Park, Manchester (Office-based with some travel)
40,000–£45,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE £80,000+)

The Role
This is a customer-facing role where you will take ownership of key B2B accounts, drive revenue growth and deliver tailored LED lighting solutions to a diverse client base. This role is instrumental in accelerating our growth, driving sales and delivering a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of continuous sales success within the lighting industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B trade accounts, driving revenue and margin growth
- Identify and convert new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking and industry events
- Own the full sales cycle from enquiry to close and aftersales support
- Prepare and present tailored quotations and lighting solutions
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Collaborate with internal technical and sales support teams to deliver best-in-class solutions
- Represent Ultra LEDs at client meetings, exhibitions and industry events
About You
- Proven success in B2B sales, account management or business development
- Experience within the LED lighting or electrical wholesale sector (essential)
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to spot and convert opportunities
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Self-driven, target-focused and comfortable managing your own pipeline
- Ability to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent customer experience
- Existing network within the industry is highly desirable
