An organisation is seeking a qualified Electrical Maintenance Engineer to support operations through an on-call system. The role involves responding to electrical call-outs, carrying out fault finding, performing emergency repairs, and ensuring all electrical systems remain safe and compliant with regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to electrical breakdowns on an on-call basis
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently
• Maintain electrical systems to ensure compliance and safety standards
• Work collaboratively within a small electrical team

Working Pattern & Pay

• Hourly Rate: £19.85
• Annual Salary: £41,298.40
• Flexible shift options:
• 06:00 – 14:00
• 07:00 – 15:00
• 08:00 – 16:00
• On-call rota: 1 week in every 4

• Overtime rates:
• Monday–Saturday: Time and a half
• Sunday: Double time

Call-Out Payments

• Weekday Call-Out: £109.39
• Weekend Call-Out: £145.86
• Assisted Call-Out (Weekday): £131.61
• Assisted Call-Out (Weekend): £168.08

Requirements

• Qualified electrician
• Experience working with:
• Contactors and relays
• Inverters and motors
• PLC systems
• Full UK driving licence
