The role

As a Business Development Representative, your focus will be on starting high-quality commercial conversations.

You will:

• Identify and reach out to new businesses and key decision-makers
• Learn how to lead professional sales conversations
• Understand customer needs and qualify opportunities
• Book meetings for senior sales consultants
• Build core skills in communication, commercial awareness, and negotiation

No sales experience is required. Everything is taught from the ground up.

Earnings

• £30,000–£35,000 base salary
• Uncapped commission from day one
• Strong on-target earnings once fully ramped
