Personal Assistant to the Vice-Chancellor's Office – Bailrigg, Lancaster, UK
Salary: £26,707 to £30,378 (Full-Time/Indefinite)

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in a professional and collaborative environment. You will support the Vice-Chancellor’s Office, providing confidential and high-level support to senior officers.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage complex Outlook diaries.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and competing priorities.
- Provide high-level confidential administrative support to senior officers.
- Prepare agendas and take accurate minutes for meetings.
- Support meeting facilitation and follow-up actions.
- Organise travel arrangements, including international travel when required.
- Support the efficient day-to-day operation of the Vice-Chancellor’s Office.
About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Experienced in managing complex diaries and competing priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced professional environment.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced in minute taking and meeting coordination.Experience in organising travel arrangements (desirable).
- Professional, proactive, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
