About the Role

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory consumer standards through robust quality assurance and service improvement initiatives.
  • Use performance analysis, best practices, and benchmarking data to identify and implement service improvements.
  • Develop mechanisms for resident feedback and support the investigation of complaints, ensuring lessons learned are embedded.
  • Monitor and drive the delivery of service plans, self-assessments, improvement plans, audit recommendations, and inspection findings.
  • Support housing teams in achieving objectives and maintaining business continuity plans.
  • Produce reports, briefings, and bulletins for a range of audiences.
  • Stay informed on all Housing service operations to identify and propose service improvement initiatives that enhance resident satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in performance monitoring, quality assurance, and service improvement within Housing or a related sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and drive improvements.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to work effectively with residents, teams, and external partners.
  • Knowledge of regulatory consumer standards and an understanding of best practices in housing service delivery.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, implement action plans, and monitor service performance.
