Enterprise Architect

We’re working with a healthcare organisation to bring in an Enterprise Architect to help shape the future of their core back‑office technology, covering HR, Finance, and ERP platforms.

This is a key role focused on modernising legacy systems and building scalable, well‑integrated architectures that support more efficient, data‑driven ways of working. You’ll define the target architecture, contribute to business cases, and make sure technology decisions are both commercially sound and aligned to long‑term goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise architecture across HR, Finance, and ERP domains
• Design scalable, integrated solutions that modernise legacy platforms
• Align technology decisions with business strategy and commercial objectives
• Support business case development and investment planning
• Provide architectural leadership across agile teams and transformation programmes
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology
• Collaborate with third‑party vendors and ensure solution quality and alignment

Key Skills & Experience

• Strong background across HRIS, finance systems, and ERP platforms
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on architectural input
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Commercial awareness with experience supporting business cases
• Familiarity with modern delivery approaches (Agile, product‑led environments)

This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the client’s offices.
