WPP’s Tenant Consolidation programme will unite WPP on a single, consolidated Microsoft 365 tenant to enable seamless collaboration, one identity for every user, and full compliance—while reducing complexity, cost, and risk across the group.

The Programme Director is accountable for the overall success of a programme, ensuring delivery of strategic outcomes and benefits realisation. This role provides leadership, governance, and direction across multiple projects and workstreams, aligning them to organisational objectives and stakeholder expectations.
