The Role
- Coaching, leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales and financial targets
- Reviewing performance data to identify areas for improvement and resolving issues proactively
- Winning new business, upselling services, and managing existing customer accounts
- Overseeing smooth day to day branch operations, including store presentation, cleanliness, key:holder duties and alarm responsibilities
- Managing storage room and office space lettings, merchandise sales, and following up on customer enquiries
- Processing card and BACS payments and supporting wider credit control functions
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer facing sales, retail, or hospitality environment
- Minimum 2 years management experience
- Strong IT skills including confidence with Microsoft Suite
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred)

Hours: 40 hour per week, rotad shifts between Monday to Friday 7:55am : 7:15pm, Saturday 8:55am : 6:15pm and Sunday 9:55am : 4:15pm
Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 32,000 basic + up to A GBP 3,000 achievable commission
