£75,000 – £80,000 + Profit Share + Car Allowance + Benefits

Our client is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and grow their London & South East operation.

This is a hybrid leadership role where you’ll inspire and develop a team, while remaining close to the work with 2 days per week in the field.

You’ll be responsible for driving regional performance, supporting surveyors, managing client relationships, and ensuring delivery across a fast‑paced valuation environment.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS qualified with VRS
• Strong commercial awareness and leadership capability
• Hands‑on approach – comfortable managing and surveying experience in valuation, lender work
• Motivated to drive performance and develop teams
