Overview
The role is a senior leadership position reporting to the Head of Marketing Science, responsible for project and line management, commercial oversight of financial targets, and new product development.
Responsibilities
- Lead the team and deliver advanced analytical projects end-to-end.
- Ensure statistical rigor and relevance to real-world media.
- Align client requests into analytically sound designs and present results in client-friendly formats.
- Work with Strategy, Planning and Investment teams to bridge client needs with analytics.
- Oversee commercial aspects, meeting financial targets and supporting profitable business operations.
Qualifications
- Senior professional experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or a media agency environment.
- Strong understanding of media workings and measurement methodology.
- Proven project and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Hybrid working model: three days in office, two remotely. Flexible working hours with core hours 10:30–16:30.
