We are currently seeking a Store Manager to lead our team in Bridport – a charming market town on the Dorset coast, known for its vibrant high street, creative community, and friendly atmosphere. Your Role as Store Manager

As Store Manager, you’ll lead a passionate and dedicated team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and Motivate: Inspire your team to provide outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Drive Performance: Use commercial insight to identify growth opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with brand standards.
• Customer Focused: Create a warm, welcoming shopping environment that reflects Bonmarché’s brand values.
• Team Development: Support, coach, and develop your team to help them thrive and progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and engage a team.
• Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to driving sales performance.
• A genuine passion for fashion retail and customer service.
• Retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training and ongoing support are provided.
