The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Regional Manager to oversee and support multiple service locations within our portfolio. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care and service delivery. You will work closely with service managers and senior leadership to ensure operational success, support team development, and contribute to the strategic growth of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to multiple service sites
  • Support and develop Service Managers to achieve performance targets
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
  • Monitor quality, safety, and service user outcomes
  • Manage budgets and drive financial performance across the region
  • Lead on recruitment, retention, and workforce development initiatives
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, commissioners, and local partners
  • Contribute to strategic planning and organisational growth

About You

  • Proven experience in a multi-site or regional management role
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g., health or social care)
  • Sound understanding of compliance, quality assurance, and safeguarding
  • Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work independently
