Join the leadership team behind Sykes Holiday Cottages and Forest Holidays as we scale a modern, AI-ready data platform. With strong foundations already in place (including 300+ AI agents), this is a builder’s role at a pivotal moment.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Director of Data to set the strategic direction for how data and AI drive growth. Reporting to the Group CTO, you’ll move the organisation from insight on request to intelligence by design.

You’ll combine technical depth with commercial acumen — building a data capability that turns insight into action.
