Digital Marketing Executive | 6 Months Contract | Jurong | Up to $4.3k

Duties

• Research resident demographics, behaviours, and trends within mall catchment areas
• Identify customer needs, preferences, and commonly used digital platforms (e.g. Telegram, WhatsApp, apps)
• Monitor online communities and social channels to track trends and surface insights
• Support development of relevant promotions, deals, and partnerships for residents
• Assist in curating and updating content for the mall’s app and website
• Coordinate with merchants to gather information and ensure accuracy of promotions
• Manage basic content tasks (uploads, tagging, updates, performance tracking)
• Track engagement and provide simple insights to improve content effectiveness
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related discipline
• Open to cold calling
