Assistant General Manager – Burger King Stansted Airport
Position: Full‑time, 40 hours per week, 5 days per week with flexible working across weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary: £33,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager and lead the store team.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand quality and safety for customers and staff.
- Inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service and loyalty.
- Mentor and train the team to grow and excel.
- Demonstrate proven experience and confidence in leading a team.
- Set an example of excellent service skills.
- Communicate effectively and clearly.
- Be adaptable and resilient in any situation.
