Purchasing Manager

The Purchasing Manager is responsible for managing procurement operations for a global trading and manufacturing business specialising in packaging and eco-friendly products. The role focuses on sourcing raw materials (including biodegradable inputs), packaging supplies, and logistics services to support large-scale production and international distribution.

• Source and procure raw materials such as biodegradable polymers, packaging materials, and production inputs
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with international suppliers to achieve cost efficiency and quality standards
• Manage supplier relationships across global markets, ensuring reliability and compliance with sustainability goals
• Oversee procurement planning to support high-volume manufacturing operations
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Ensure timely import/export of goods and manage procurement-related logistics
