We’re working with a highly creative, fast‑paced production business that delivers high‑end retail displays, live event builds, and experiential installations for well‑known brands.
This is not your standard Project Manager role — it’s an opportunity to be at the centre of innovative, design‑led projects where no two jobs are the same.
The Role
You’ll act as the key link between clients, design, production, and installation teams, taking projects from brief through to delivery.
This role is all about ownership, communication, and delivery — making sure projects are executed on time, on budget, and to an exceptional standard.
You’ll be:
- Managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact
- Translating creative briefs into practical, buildable solutions
- Coordinating internal teams across design, technical, production, and install
- Ensuring materials, processes, and timelines are realistic and achievable
- Overseeing projects through to installation (often on‑site)
- Managing costs, capturing all chargeable elements, and working to agreed margins
- Using internal systems to track and manage multiple live projects
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in project management within a creative/production environment
- Background in retail displays, exhibitions, shopfitting, POS, or scenic build
- Strong understanding of materials, fabrication methods, and production processes
- Confident communicator — able to manage both clients and internal teams effectively
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple fast‑moving projects
- Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Flexible approach — some out‑of‑hours or site‑based work will be required
