Our client is seeking a polished, emotionally intelligent professional to join their team as a Client Relationship Executive. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering a highly personalised, discreet, and commercially aware service experience.
This position requires a strong blend of interpersonal skills, emotional awareness, and commercial understanding. You will take the time to understand each client’s goals, guide them through the service journey, and ensure a seamless, supportive, and results‑driven experience.
This role requires occasional visits to the London office.

Key Responsibilities
- Support wider business initiatives and projects as required
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with clients through regular communication (phone and video)
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client preferences, values, and expectations
- Provide tailored guidance and feedback throughout the client journey
- Manage expectations with professionalism, honesty, and tact
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with complete discretion
- Deliver an exceptional client experience, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations
- Resolve any client concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date client records within internal systems
- Contribute to client satisfaction, retention, and overall success metrics
Role Scope and Development
- This is a dynamic and evolving position within the business. While the core focus is client relationship management, the successful candidate will be expected to contribute more broadly across the company as required.
- This may include involvement in operational support, internal projects, process improvements, and other ad hoc responsibilities depending on business needs.

- Proven experience in client relationship management, customer service, or a client‑facing role
