The role of the Customer Support Manager is to manage the customers experience of clients post completion, carrying out day to day inspections work to ensure quality is of high standard for both prior and post completion and to identify any remedial works across all sites.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out day‑to‑day inspections to ensure quality is of high standard for both prior and post completion and to identify remedial works across all sites.
  • Pre‑completion checklists to ensure all new homes are at the clients quality of standards and match the New Homes Quality Code.
  • Communicate with both customers and contractors, ensuring there are no outstanding concerns once moved in and settling in to the new home, and ensuring all defects and works are carried out within agreed timescales.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a Customer Care background for a new build residential builder.
  • Knowledge of the New Homes Quality Code and NHBC Technical Requirements/Guidelines.
