What to expect

So, what are we looking for?

As an Assistant General Manager

• At least 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager in a busy restaurant environment.
• Works in partnership with the General Manager, coaching & developing team members naturally.
• Ready to be the General Manager’s right arm, leading the restaurant when the GM is absent.
• Commercially savvy, bringing ideas to the table and eager to grow overall awareness.
• First‑class service focus; always seeks tough feedback and works with the GM to raise standards daily.
