Senior Software Engineer
Hybrid working - 2 days onsite
£60,000 to £75,000 + Benefits.
An established organisation is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join a growing team delivering impactful, real‑world solutions.
If you enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with stakeholders, and having genuine influence over delivery and outcomes, this could be a great fit.
What you'll be doing
- Leading and contributing to the design and delivery of high‑quality solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand challenges and shape outcomes
- Mentoring and supporting less‑experienced team members
- Championing best practices across delivery, quality, and ways of working
What we're looking for
- Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer
- Proven technical background using C#, Java or Golang
- Strong technical background with React, or Angular and TypeScript
- Willingness to learn new skills - GCP and AI
- Confidence working in stakeholder‑facing environments
- Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
