Overview
This highly regarded financial services organisation is seeking an experienced penetration tester with people management experience. The role is a key leadership position, taking ownership of offensive security strategy across a modern, cloud‑first environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead penetration testing, red team and purple team activities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to embed security into product delivery.
- Directly manage a small team of 3–4 penetration testers.
- Allocate approximately 75% of time to management and 25% to pentesting.
- Engage senior stakeholders and shape security direction at a strategic level.
Qualifications
- Strong background in penetration testing, gained from either a consultancy firm or in‑house role.
- People management experience is essential.
- Experience in mobile app testing is beneficial.
- No specific certifications required.
Benefits
Base salary c£100k, bonus 15% + benefits. Fully remote within the UK. Unfortunately no visa sponsorship is available.
