Onboarding Master Central (OMC) is a common portal designed to support the Capital Markets onboarding process. The platform is engineered to centralize and manage the entire client onboarding lifecycle, from initiation to completion. It functions as a critical integration hub that automates complex workflows by connecting various internal and third‑party systems. This ensures a streamlined and efficient process, creating a seamless experience for both internal teams and clients.
The IT Business Senior Analyst is an intermediate‑level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative enhancement of the platform, responsible for turning ideas into delivery.
The purpose of the role is to translate enhancement requests into functional requirements and ensure the solution is carried through to production seamlessly, with smooth handover and coordination throughout. You are responsible for analysing partner system dependencies, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that the proposed technology solutions align with the company's strategic goals.
