About The Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Data & Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is key to ensuring the effective management, integrity, and development of our HR systems, while providing high‑quality data insights to support decision‑making across the organisation. You will play a vital role in maintaining and improving our HR systems, analysing workforce data to identify trends and opportunities, and delivering clear, meaningful reports to stakeholders. You will help drive continuous improvement, enhance the employee experience, and ensure our systems and reporting meet both organisational and statutory requirements. We offer hybrid working for this role, with a base at our Park Lane Campus, conveniently located just a short walk from the train station.
