Job Description:

A highly successful, boutique property company based in North West London is currently seeking an experienced Senior Administrator to support its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised, proactive Administrator who thrives in a varied role and enjoys being at the centre of a busy office. The position is full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with on-site parking available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and handling inboxes
  • Coordinating administrative processes across the business
  • Acting as a first point of contact for internal and external queries
  • Lettings administration, including onboarding new tenants and processing tenancy agreements
  • Liaising with contractors and external suppliers
  • Handling general enquiries and resolving day-to-day operational issues

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in a senior administrative role
  • Experience within property administration (lettings and/or property management) desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Confident communicator with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a small, professional team
