As Financial Controller, you will play a central role within both the finance function and wider leadership team. You will lead and develop a small team, partner with senior stakeholders across the business, and contribute to shaping financial strategy and decision‑making. This is an office based position, Mon‑Fri.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the finance team, promoting a collaborative and high‑performing culture
- Oversee the full month‑end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
- Deliver clear financial insights to support strategic decisions and business growth
- Manage budgeting and forecasting cycles, tracking performance against targets
- Strengthen financial controls and ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business to influence performance
- Drive continuous improvement across financial processes and systems
Requirements
- Fully qualified accountant (e.g. ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Solid technical expertise in financial reporting, controls, and compliance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Confident communicator and capable of influencing stakeholders
