Financial Controller Interim
£97m turnover business operating globally across oil & gas, food, aerospace, defence and process industries. 6‑month contract with a competitive day rate.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Manage a finance team of 6–7.
- Oversee multiple P&L statements for a complex business.
- Deliver financial reporting and analysis for a multinational PLC.
- Engage with senior stakeholders and communicate financial insights.
- Work in a people‑focused environment, demonstrating friendliness, engagement and collaboration.
- Located within 40 miles of Swindon, Wiltshire (commutable from Royal Wootton Bassett, Swindon, Chippenham, Cirencester).
- Prior experience in interim or contract roles preferred; open to Finance Directors stepping into an interim FC position.
- No specific manufacturing or technical sector experience required; multiple P&L experience is essential.
