Role Overview
- Proactively identify and engage potential candidates across various channels.
- Build and maintain lasting professional relationships through effective networking.
- Initiate cold calls to present job opportunities to both active and passive candidates.
- Use diverse sourcing techniques to attract high‑calibre talent.
- Present and promote client vacancies, emphasising unique selling points to secure top candidates.
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs relating to candidate outreach, interviews, and placements.
- Engage with potential clients to introduce our services and manage ongoing relationships.
