The Role:
This post is offered on a 12 month fixed term basis, working full time. Working hours will be 37.5 hours per week, on a shift basis over 7 days, including rotation onto nights. We offer enhancements for weekend and night working.
St Catherines Hospice is a respected local charity providing specialist hospice care alongside statutory service partners (GPs, District nursing etc) across West Sussex and East Surrey.

Senior Staff Nurse role will bring:
Providing high levels of care to patients and their families, alongside Nursing Assistants, Student Nurses & Volunteers.
Evidence based clinical knowledge and excellent communication during assessment, implementation, and evaluation of all aspects of patient care and treatment.
Resilient practitioner with the ability to work under pressure.
Evidence of leadership competency.
