Based in Bromborough, Teledyne CML Composites is a fast‑growing manufacturer, supplying carbon/glass fibre composite parts and assemblies to some of the world’s leading aircraft and aero‑engine producers. Operating across three distinct product groups – commercial, defence and business jet – this role offers the opportunity to join a team responsible for the final additions to highly technical products.

A qualified Quality Engineer with experience of developing and implementing quality and business improvements in an aerospace manufacturing environment is required. The ideal candidate will have commercial awareness and excellent communication skills, with the ability to develop business relationships to promote growth while maintaining quality standards. The role requires an initiative‑taking individual who can work without supervision and make effective decisions to minimise quality‑related problems.
To manage and maintain all company‑ and customer‑owned tooling, ensuring it is serviceable, compliant and available to support production, while also supporting product verification activities through inspection and quality control.
The QI & Tooling Engineer is responsible for the control, maintenance, calibration and repair of all tooling, alongside supporting inspection activities within the manufacturing environment. The role includes performing product inspections, verifying conformity to specifications, and ensuring that tooling used in production is maintained in a controlled condition, thereby supporting both operational delivery and product quality.
