Immediate Start Interim contracts @ 3m – 12m – Dep on Client & Project

What they’re looking for:

• Open on Sector – but TOM & Org Design background / skillset essential
• Public Sector & F.S Consulting background – useful but not essential
• Working with internal Teams to support design, change & implementation
• Eager to drive operational transformation in a fast-paced, environment
• Supporting the delivery of transformation programmes
• Ability to embed yourself into internal Teams and garner buy-in and trust quickly
