Castle Employment Group are looking for an ambitious HR leader to join Castle HR and Training Solutions and play a key role in expanding our outsourced HR offering across Yorkshire.
You will not be sat in one business solving the same issues repeatedly. You will work with multiple SME and mid‑sized businesses, particularly within engineering and manufacturing, helping owners and leaders solve people challenges that genuinely affect growth, productivity and culture. You will have the platform to influence strategy, win new clients, build trusted partnerships and help shape the future direction of the consultancy. This is ideal for someone who enjoys HR but also wants commercial involvement, visibility and progression.
You will lead and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted people partner.
