37 hours per week term time only + INSET days
and an additional 5 days to be worked as required
Hours of work between 8.30am-4.30pm Mon-Thursday (8.30am- 4.00pm on Friday)
Full time equivalent starting salary £28,666
(actual pro rata salary £25,553 gross per annum)

We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Support Manager to join our friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a more experienced pastoral worker or someone who is looking to take their first steps into the profession. Responsibilities
- Maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere that supports all students to actively engage with learning and make positive progress
- Supporting students with social, emotional and health issues
- Liaising across the Hillview Community specifically parents, teachers and other members of the Student Support Team
Ideally, you will have experience of working with young people and/or within care/social care sectors.
