Role Overview
As a Sales Executive specialising in Hyundai, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, building lasting customer relationships, and representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide expert advice on Hyundai models and features.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team objectives.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Hyundai products, promotions, and automotive industry trends.
- Prepare and negotiate sales agreements, finance options, and warranty packages.
- Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with the service and parts departments to maximise customer retention and satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in automotive sales, preferably with Hyundai or similar brands.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable manner.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets consistently.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid UK driving licence is essential.
- IT literacy including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
