What you’ll be doing
You won’t just “do admin” — you’ll coordinate the service journey.
- Booking and managing workshop jobs from start to completion
- Updating customers and handling enquiries
- Supporting technicians with scheduling and workflow
- Processing warranty claims and documentation
- Managing service records, invoices and purchase orders
- Handling calls and emails professionally
- Coordinating third-party repairs
- Keeping data accurate and organised
- Supporting reporting and improving processes
