Your Mission

  • Customer Identification – Proactively identify potential customers within your defined territory through cold outreach, networking and referrals.
  • Building Relationships – Engage with existing and potential customers in‑person to understand their challenges, establish rapport and build trust to create a positive customer experience.
  • Closing Sales – Use effective sales strategies to win new business and consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Product Knowledge – Be an expert in all things Teya and have a deep understanding of our full range of products, becoming a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Market Feedback – Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to help us improve our product offerings and sales processes.
  • Brand Representation – Represent Teya as the go‑to person in your territory while embodying our values and vision.
  • Customer Growth – Proactively nurture long‑term customer relationships by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling Teya solutions to maximize value.
  • Team Development – Support the onboarding and training of new joiners, sharing best practices and coaching them towards success.
  • Leadership Support – Step in to assist the Sales Manager with routine management tasks when required, ensuring smooth operations and team alignment.

Your Story

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a customer‑facing or sales‑related role.
  • Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience coaching or mentoring colleagues, with the ability to inspire and develop others.
  • Good organisation and time management skills.
  • Strong negotiation and objection‑handling capabilities.
  • Resilience and adaptability in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A proactive self‑starter with the ambition to progress into leadership.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A full UK Driver’s licence.

This is a full field sales role.
