At Magnet, we’re looking for an ambitious Store Service Manager who is driven to inspire both their teams and their customers. We’re looking for someone who understands the importance of getting it right first time, someone who can help lead teams, manage processes, and deliver a seamless service for both our trade and retail customers.
You will be based in our Beckenham store, working closely as part of a fast-paced, sales driven and motivated team. You will be an asset to the team, helping to drive sales, meet targets and collaborate on exciting projects. This role is going to take a lead on the trade side of the store, so building strong trade relationships and supporting with accurate stock management is a priority.
As a Store Service Manager growth will be a focus and will be achieved by supporting driving process, looking at cost efficiencies and applying an ethos of accuracy and compliance. You will assist the team by being involved in any change initiatives, ongoing projects, coaching and supporting both new and existing colleagues. You’ll also work closely with all our customers, delivering amazing customer service and dealing with any of the issues they might have effectively.
