Harte Recruitment are working with a growing, highly active property business who specialise in off-market investment opportunities and they’re looking for someone who thrives on owning deals, building relationships, and getting transactions over the line.
This Off Market Property Sales Progressor position is not a traditional estate agency role.
There’s no portals, no window cards, no walk-ins.
As Off Market Property Sales Progressor, you’ll be working with a curated network of active investors, qualifying time wasters, matching highly targeted opportunities and driving each deal through to completion with precision and pace. Inheriting an existing, active investor database to grips with who buys what, where, and why, before building out your own network alongside it.
The Package;
- £35k basic + OTE £54k+ but can earn way more
- Office-based, collaborative team environment
- Occasional, fully expensed investor events / London meetings
- Monday to Thursday: 9:00 – 17:30, Friday: 9:00 – 17:00

The Off Market Property Sales Progressor Role;
- Selling investment opportunities from initial conversation through to completion
- Managing and progressing multiple live deals simultaneously
- Working closely with solicitors, vendors, and investors to keep transactions moving
- Maintaining momentum and overcoming delays to get deals over the line
- Managing and nurturing an existing investor database (including inherited relationships)
- Building your own network of active, qualified investors
- Sending highly targeted opportunities
- Qualifying investors in detail (criteria, geography, buying patterns, funding position)
The Person;
- Experience in property sales, sales progression, or investment sales
- A solid understanding of property deals including chains, timelines, and leasehold considerations
- Confidence dealing with solicitors and key stakeholders
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple deals without dropping detail
- Proactive and commercially driven, motivated and focused on outcomes and completions
- Detail-focused and naturally investigative with an ability to qualify investors properly and spot serious buyers
- Team player, working closely with the hiring manager
- Relationship-led, building trust, but always with a commercial edge
