Team Leader – Caller Operations (Remote)

We're looking for a Team Leader to take charge of our caller operations across multiple brands. We run both B2B and B2C campaigns, and you'll be managing a large team of callers working across a varied mix of projects.


The role covers the full lifecycle: interviewing and onboarding applicants, deciding who gets brought on, monitoring daily performance, and making sure the work that's meant to get done is actually getting done.


Day to day, you'll be the point person for our callers. You'll run recruitment interviews, take new starters through induction, track output and quality, coach underperformers, and step in when things need sorting.


You'll be moving between different brands and products — one hour reviewing B2C conversion rates on a consumer campaign, the next working with a B2B team on pipeline quality and meeting booking ratios. The job suits someone who's comfortable holding people accountable, keeps a lot of moving parts organised, and can switch contexts without losing track.


Because we run a mix of B2C consumer sales and B2B lead generation / appointment setting, you'll need to understand what "good" looks like in both worlds — the rhythm, metrics, and call style are genuinely different, and a strong Team Leader adjusts their approach to each.
