Enterprise Account Executive (New Business)

Gemba is the capability platform for the AI factory.
We’re a small team of around 30 people, commercially ambitious and focused on building something meaningful. Our mission is simple: Never sit through a boring training session again.
We’re now looking for a hungry Account Executive to win new enterprise customers and strengthen how we sell at the top end of the market.
The Role
This is a pure new business role.
You’ll be responsible for generating and closing new business revenue per year by:
- Proactively building your own enterprise pipeline
- Prospecting into large manufacturing organisations
- Running rigorous discovery to uncover urgent operational pain
- Identifying the economic buyer, blockers and champions
- Leading £25k Proof of Concepts and converting them into £100k+ annual contracts
- Managing complex stakeholders and driving deals forward with clarity
- Maintaining meticulous CRM hygiene (HubSpot)
There is no SDR team booking meetings for you. You own your pipeline and your results.
You’ll be joining a small team of 2 other Enterprise AEs.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is highly ambitious and outcome-focused
- Start-up or founding sales hire experience – this is a true hunter role without a big name and team behind you
- Comfortable prospecting and creating opportunities from scratch
- Confident running commercial discovery conversations and able to qualify in or out decisively
- Energised by accountability
- Competitive in a healthy way – raising standards through performance
- A track record of consistently building and closing enterprise pipeline – value based selling, not features and benefits
- Energised by new tech and AI

Up to £70,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £100,000-£150,000)
