Our client is currently looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Engineer to work on commercial installation projects for unique PV Solar and EV charging technology.

NOTE: This is a remote role with frequent travel to customer sites.
The Lead Electrical Engineer will:
- Survey electrical infrastructure at potential new sites and specify preparatory works.
- Install and commission Solar PV, EV charge points, and BESS equipment.
- Carry out maintenance, inspections, upgrades, and fault‑finding on existing installations.
- Maintain accurate documentation including maintenance records, RAMS, and quality checks.
- Ensure compliance with BS7671, codes of practice, and relevant British/European standards.
- Contribute technical input to the ongoing development of combined Solar / EVCP / BESS technologies.
The Lead Electrical Engineer will have:
- Electrical experience working with three‑phase systems.
- BS7671 (18th Edition) including Inspection & Testing.
- Experience obtaining DNO connections (G99 and/or G100)
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage external contractors, consultants, and third‑party stakeholders. xwzovoh
