As aSales Assistant based in Inverurieyou’ll be responsiblefor:
Assistingcustomers at the trade counter by identifying their requirementsand providing productrecommendations.
Dealingwith customer enquiries via phone & email promptly andcourteously, with a proactiveattitude.
General warehouseduties including picking & packing customer orders, unpackingand putting away deliveries and ensuring high standards aremaintained in thebranch.
Thisis a part time, permanent role working 20 hours a week. Workingpattern can be discussed at interview. Potential Saturday workingin the future, 8am to 12pm, paid asovertime.

Plumbingand heating industry or merchant experience is beneficial but notessential as comprehensive training will beprovided.
Retail sales andcustomer serviceexperience.
Previouswarehouseexperience.
Willingness tolearn and work as part of a smallteam.
